Who are we? We are a Veteran owned company with local ties to Horseheads and Elmira NY. I named the company after my daughter Charlotte. I have over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, I studied Culinary Nutrition at Johnson and Wales University, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in America.
